▲每張桌位上都有一個小平板,服務人員簡單介紹之後,就可以直接用平板點餐,有其他服務需求也可以按右上角的按鈕呼叫服務人員
共三個主餐選擇:炸沙朗牛排飯、燒牛丼跟炸豬排飯,套餐內含湯品、蛋品/漬物、配菜各1份,種類還蠻多樣的
配菜的選項有:凱薩沙拉、高麗菜絲及炸薯條
湯品有三種,分別是:招牌的芥蘭菜湯、大醬湯跟蛤蜊海帶湯
蛋品的部分為:三分蛋(冷)、不敢吃半熟蛋的話,還可以選另一個蒸蛋
最後還有雲筍、韓式泡菜跟小黃瓜等配菜

▲等上餐時去倒了他們的冷泡茶跟紅茶,沒想到非常令人驚艷,冷泡茶順口不澀,而且茶味豐厚,紅茶也帶著濃郁茶香,微甜恰到好處又不膩口,遠超乎對於一般附餐飲料的期待,是好喝的單茶

▲在地台灣豬肉,豬排厚實、肉質吃起來柔韌有勁,同樣包著酥脆麵衣,即使吃到最後一塊已不像剛上桌那麼熱,脆度依然不變,表面微微閃著油亮,吃起來卻一點都不油,盤子網架底下也完全沒有油漬,火候掌握得很好

▲敢吃半熟蛋的話很推薦試試他們的三分蛋,不是跟飯一起吃,而是整顆吞入口中咬開,讓蛋黃爆發開的香濃甜味,跟微鹹醬汁融合在一起,細細品嚐那種新鮮上選蛋才能達到的均衡風味,吃起來完全沒有腥味
用餐整體感受
空間簡潔俐落,視覺上讓人感到很放鬆,加上桌位高度配置形成半包廂的感覺,入座之後覺得有自己專屬獨立空間的錯覺,可以放心跟朋友談天,不怕跟鄰桌互相干擾
從主餐、湯品、配菜到飲料都能感受到用心,相信為了這個新品牌下足不少功夫,只專注在三種肉品,發揮到最好,而且其他配角也都很有特色,芥蘭菜湯、三分蛋尤其推薦
